The site features works from the Madhubani school of art.

How can I buy a product from your catalogue?

Does the catalogue feature all items in the inventory?
We strive to include a wide range of selection of art from our inventory on the web site but every artwork is not available online. The website is updated for new selections      periodically.

What are the modes of payment?
Cash of delivery is the payment mode available at present. We plan to introduce payment through funds transfer or cheque deposit in future.

How many days does it take for my order to be received?
Within India you can expect your purchase to reach you within 15-20 days. For international shipments, please call our sales representative to know the time taken.     Sometimes we may need more time if the ordered product is not in stock.

Who pays for the shipment?
The purchaser pays for the shipment.

Do you offer international shipment?
Yes we do ship our products internationally.

What if the shipment is not received in perfect condition?
We take utmost care to ensure that the packaging is tamper proof and durable. However if the shipment is not received in perfect condition, call us at (033) 24178516.

Do you offer framing services for paintings?
Yes, we do offer framing services. However, the additional charges will have to be borne by the purchaser.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of product?
The products featured on the site are quality products and we are sure that you will be satisfied with them. However, in the rare occasion that you are disappointed with      the product quality, call our sales representative at (033) 24178516.

Can I search for a particular artist/theme?
Yes, the main navigation page features the option to browse works by a particular artist or theme.

Can I reproduce the artwork purchased?
No. Reproduction of the Art purchased on the site falls under the same trademark and copyright laws as art purchased through any gallery. The right to reproduction of a      piece of art would have to be negotiated between the buyer and artist and would be independent of the sale on our website.

Yes, it is possible to order pieces in bulk. Please contact us on (033) 24178516 for more information on the same.

Will the products be similar in all respects?
We use hand based skill work therefore there might be minor differences between the products. However, the overall layout and look of the product shall be maintained      similar.

Will you offer any discount against bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts for ordering in bulk.

What will be the time frame for supply of bulk orders? (say 20 or 50 pieces)

Is there an organized training course/internship for Madhubani Art? What languages do I need to know to do the same?
No, there is no organized course for learning Madhubani Art. However, one can visit Madhubani to learn from the artists themselves. Knowledge of Hindi is a must for     this purpose.

How do I plan a visit to Madhubani and learn more about the process?
One can reach Madhubani from Kolkata via Ganga Sagar Express , JaynagarKolkata Chitpur Weekly Express. From New Delhi, the Shaheed Express connects directly      to Madhubani.
    The nearest airport is Patna, which is 5 hours by road (169 Kms).
